Delete a user
Sometimes a user profile needs to be removed. It could be that the person has left your organisation, or that you no longer need to have a viewer user. Whatever the reason, you can delete any user if you are an admin.

Log in to My eHive.

Select Settings from the menu.

Select Users.

Select Active users.

Select the user you want to delete.

Select Delete user.

eHive will ask if you are sure. Select Delete.
