Catalogued date field

The Catalogued date field records when someone catalogued or edited the object record.

Visibility: Private field
 Field ID: catalogued_date
Search example: catalogued_date:[01.05.2021 TO 31.05.2021]
Field type: Text field with 40-character limit
Field location: Detail tab in the object cataloguing page

Catalogue tips

Add a new cataloguer and catalogued date when the record is edited.

Search tips

You can search on this field with its ID:

catalogued_date

For example, enter catalogued_date:[01.05.2021 TO 31.05.2021] into the search field to find all records catalogued in May 2021.

Note: You will only find records that match the date format in your search. If you use different date formats across your collection (23 May 2021, 23.5.21, 23/5/2021), you will need to search for each format.
