Edition field

The Edition field records what version or batch that an object belongs to if many similar objects were made.

The edition is usually found after the Title page.

Art, photography and multimedia records

If the artwork or photograph is part of a limited set, enter the edition number.

Examples

• A second edition publication of a book would be entered as Second edition.

• An artwork that is number 3 of 200 prints would be entered as 3/200.
