Item count notes
The Item count notes field records any extra information about how the items were counted for the object.

item_count_notes is the field ID

Example
Item count updated because an item was destroyed or handle of teapot counted as item.

You can search on this field with:
item_count_notes
For example, enter item_count_notes: “item count updated” into the search field to find objects with item count changed.
