Cataloguing tips
We recommend these five condition keywords. You can add more detail in the Condition notes field.

Excellent: As new with little or no sign of use. Ready for display and storage.

Good: Some signs of wear or use (light abrasion, dust). Minimal work required to be displayed or stored.

Fair: Minor damage, some loss or degradation of material. Requires some work for display or storage.

Poor: A large part of the object is worn or damaged. Not suitable for display.

Very poor: Extremely deteriorated with extensive loss and damage.
