Save and publish an object record
When you save a record, you can publish it to eHive, or keep it private.
How to save a draft record
You can make create a new record, or make changes to an existing record, and save it as a draft.
Select Save draft at the top or bottom of the object cataloguing page. eHive will not ask if you want to publish the record.
How to save a record and keep it private

Select Save at the top or bottom of the object cataloguing page.

eHive will ask if you want to publish the record. Clear the Publish to eHive checkbox.

Select OK.
